Do I need DLT registration to send SMS in India?
Yes — TRAI requires your sender ID, templates and business entity to be registered on the DLT platform. We handle this filing as part of onboarding.
What’s the difference between transactional and promotional SMS?
Transactional SMS (OTPs, alerts) can reach numbers regardless of DND preference and runs on priority routes. Promotional SMS is marketing content and only reaches numbers that haven’t opted out via DND.
How fast is delivery during a large campaign?
High-priority transactional routes typically deliver within seconds. Bulk promotional campaigns to large lists are throttled slightly to stay within carrier limits, but still complete quickly.
